Tenerife offers excellent conditions for surfing for both beginners and more advanced surfers. We believe students learn best in small groups, so instructors can accommodate individual needs and skill levels. The surf lessons are suitable for different levels of experience, from beginners to more advanced surfers. The instructors will take their time to explain the theory and practice of the skills. They will provide you with all the necessary equipment and a wetsuit. They can adapt the classes for longboard and bodyboard enthusiasts.

Hatha yoga practice focuses on core strength and balance, which has great benefits for surfing. Yin yoga focuses on relaxing and loosening the muscles to relax and stretch the body after surfing. Each class is a challenge where you will develop your mental and physical strength. Sun salutations are a great way to strengthen the arms and chest before surfing, while forward bends and twists are a great way to loosen up the body after a day of surfing.

Hatha yoga : Dynamic morning yoga based on body alignment integrating meditation and breathing.

Surfing

5:30 to 6:30 pm

Yin yoga : Passive and gentle yoga focused on feeling and self-awareness. Release physical and mental tension by holding stable and comfortable postures. This method nourishes the joints, tendons and ligaments helpful to recover after surf.

  • 7 days for you in Tenerife, Modern Canarian house

  • Walking in Anaga park : The Anaga Mountains are a Spanish mountain range in the northeast of the island of Tenerife.

    In 2015, it was declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve; it is home to the largest number of endemic species in Europe.

  • 4 surf sessions, 3-4 students / instructor

  • Surfing Equipment, insurance and transfer included

Note : On Sunday there is no dinner but serve a brunch, the workshop and walking are done for 2 minimum
