Hatha House

Nestled between the ocean and the mountains in the north of Tenerife, the Hatha House offers a peaceful and intimate retreat setting surrounded by nature.

The house is divided into three independent apartments—one per floor—designed for single or double occupancy. Each guest or couple stays in a fully private apartment, including a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and a terrace with sea views, perfect for enjoying the sun by day and the stars at night.

The property is accessed through a lush garden with corners to relax and unwind. Yoga is practiced in small groups, either in the outdoor pergola or on the private terraces, creating a natural environment.

A small aromatic garden and a peaceful pergola with Moroccan-inspired design offer additional spaces for reading, meditation, and rest.

Guests also have access to a shared utility room equipped with a washing machine, iron, drying rack, and cleaning supplies.

Please note that the property does not have private parking; however, free parking is available on the street in front of the house.

SOL is a splendid 75 m2 apartment, with a magnificent terrace overlooking the sea. Recently refurbished and to a high standard, the flat is bathed in light. The large windows and the glazed terrace with sea views offer a beautiful view. The separate entrance leads to an open plan space, tastefully furnished, comprising lounge, dining room and kitchen. For guests who need to telework, a desk and a comfortable chair are available. The apartment has a high-speed fiber optic internet connection.
From the living area there is access to the sunny terrace that borders the apartment, carpeted with artificial grass and equipped with two sun loungers and a parasol. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The bedroom is spacious and cozy with a comfortable bed and memory foam mattress. The window offers a beautiful view of the property's garden. The bathroom, with a spacious and light-filled shower, is comfortable and functional.
ESTRELLA is a luxurious studio duplex, recently reformed, with a large private terrace and a view to the sea. On the first level, guests have a space with a writing desk, a bookcase and a small armchair, the ideal place to write or read looking at the greenery of the garden. A staircase leads to the upper floor, the attic, about 45 square meters, rich in travel memories. Floor-to-ceiling sliding windows join the interior to a large terrace, full of plants and equipped with two sun loungers, an ideal place to sunbathe in complete privacy. Here you can enjoy an enchanting view of the sea by day and the stars at night.

LUNA is an elegant apartment of about 70 m2 with a beautiful view of the sea and has an independent entrance and its own terrace on the top floor of the house. The terrace is accessed by an external staircase for the exclusive use of this apartment. Here you can enjoy a unique view of the sea and it is a privileged place to sunbathe. In the living area, the large windows fill the open space with light, where a large bookcase and a corner in front of a vertical window stand out, ideal for reading and enjoying the outdoors. In the same space there is a dining table and the fully equipped kitchen.
In addition, the apartment offers a spacious and cozy bedroom, with a comfortable wooden bed and latex mattress. The bathroom, with a spacious and bright shower, is comfortable and functional.
At guests' disposal there is a set of towels and bed linen, hair dryer, free Wi-Fi access, Smart TV, Netflix and safe in each apartment.
