Retreat Presentation
We will explore the chakras in relation to the elements through the practices of Hatha and Yin yoga.
The chakras are the energy centers of the body, located along the spine in the astral body – the energetic layer within our physical form. Each chakra is connected to the spiritual, emotional, psychological, and physical aspects of our being. When energy is blocked, imbalance can arise, leading to discomfort across these different layers.
☼ Morning Practice – Hatha Yoga
Through the practice of asanas in Hatha yoga, we aim to stimulate and harmonize the chakras, bringing health, vitality, and balance. Since each chakra corresponds to the organs and glands in its region, they strongly influence our physical and mental well-being, as well as our relationships with others and ourselves. Imbalances may manifest as anxiety, disconnection from the self, lack of confidence, or recurring health issues – often linked to past experiences, lifestyle, or emotional patterns.
☽ Evening Practice – Yin Yoga & Elements
To deepen the process, our Yin yoga practice at the end of the day will be oriented towards the elements that nourish the chakras. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin yoga connects us with the elements to restore balance and inner harmony.
⭐︎ Aromatherapy Integration
We will complement the practice with essential oils, whose therapeutic properties help raise our energetic vibration. Their fragrances not only support the chakras but also guide us into deeper meditative states, enhancing presence, relaxation, and awareness.
By becoming more aware of the chakras and tending to them with yoga, elements, and aromatherapy, we open a path toward greater balance, vitality, and connection with ourselves and the world around us.
Retreat Schedule
Day 1 & 2 – Arrival & Recovery
Check-in: from 4:00 pm (Day 1)
Welcome Circle: 5:30 pm
Dinner: 7:30 pm
Free time to rest, recover from jetlag, and settle in.
Day 3 – Root Chakra (Earth Element)
Hatha Yoga: 8:00 – 10:00
Mantra: I am strong and stable.
Focus on grounding, stability, and immunity.
Free Time: Reiki, surf, massage, beach, walk, etc.
Yin Yoga: 16:00 – 18:00
Nourishing earth practices for stomach & spleen meridians.
Day 4 – Sacral Chakra (Water Element)
Hatha Yoga: 8:00 – 10:00
Mantra: I am a creative being with unlimited potential.
Flow, sensuality, joy, creativity.
Free Time: Reiki, surf, massage, beach, walk, etc.
Yin Yoga: 16:00 – 18:00
Water element practices for emotional balance, kidneys & vitality.
Day 5 – Solar Plexus Chakra (Fire Element)
Hatha Yoga: 8:00 – 10:00
Mantra: I am powerful and I can handle anything.
Confidence, strength, productivity.
Free Time: Reiki, surf, massage, beach, walk, etc.
Yin Yoga: 16:00 – 18:00
Fire element for joy, connection, compassion & circulation.
Day 6 – Heart Chakra (Air Element)
Hatha Yoga: 8:00 – 10:00
Mantra: I love myself. I am as I am meant to be.
Heart opening, life force, connection to nature.
Free Time: Reiki, surf, massage, beach, walk, etc.
Yin Yoga: 16:00 – 18:00
Air element for openness, letting go, and emotional release.
Day 7 – Throat Chakra (Space Element)
Hatha Yoga: 8:00 – 10:00
Mantra: I speak and live my truth.
Authentic expression, creativity, communication.
Free Time: Reiki, surf, massage, beach, walk, etc.
Yin Yoga: 16:00 – 18:00
Space element: expansion, resonance, subtle awareness.
Day 8 – Third Eye & Crown
Hatha Yoga: 8:00 – 10:00
Mantra: I am open, intuitive, and I surrender to wisdom.
Spiritual growth, intuition, clarity, and peace.
Free Time: Reiki, surf, massage, beach, walk, etc.
Yin Yoga, Meditation & Nidra: 16:00 – 18:00
Mantra practice & mala meditation (gifted mala beads).
Day 9 – Exploring Goa
